Xoco Raleigh is in the Glenwood South district in the Historical Creamery Building. The building was built in 1928 and added to the National Register of Historic Places & designated as a Historic Landmark in 1997. The building is rumored to be haunted (we have named a few of our dishes after our resident ghosts!)
Who we are:
A fun and energetic family that that enjoys sharing our food, garden, abstract art, stories about our haunts, creative scratch-made margaritas and chips and salsa delivered by train.
Our menu features authentic Mexican, New Mexican, & Native American dishes! We take pride in serving generous portions of vibrant flavors of the southwest from our fresh kitchen. Scratch-made Chile sauces, soups, dressings, marinades, and seasonings are what make our food special. Everything from our hand-made blue corn tortillas, to Guajillo Pepper ranch dressing is made fresh from scratch daily! Open our freezer & only vanilla ice cream can be found.
The margaritas here are strong! Made from fresh fruit purees and offering up to 30 different flavor combinations using creative recipes influenced by our kitchen. The Avocado Pain Killer will knock your sock off & then the Saint Padres Long Island Margarita will knock the other sock off! Los Siento Calsetas!
You will find everyone in here! It is always great fun for kids and adults at Xoco. Our garden patio seating is a favorite for people watching and being seen alike. Come enjoy what we have to offer while visiting the sites & sounds of Glenwood South!
